The Retail Visual Merchandising and Marketing Manager is responsible for bringing the brand expression to stores. This individual thrives in a growth organization, is passionate about products, and brings brand stories to life in stores. They have experience in both Women’s and Men’s apparel and understand retail merchandising and the art and science behind creating beautiful spaces while simultaneously driving product performance and overall business results. The Retail Visual Merchandising and Marketing Manager ensures the integrity of the Everlane Brand through the creation and execution of merchandising direction and marketing in stores. This role will lead stores in developing strategies to deliver well-merchandised, visually engaging stores that drive the business. This role will provide training, leadership, guidance, and inspiration to the retail store teams. This is a remote position but you must be located near one of our retail store locations. This role will report directly to our Vice President of Retail.

Your day-to-day:

  • Creates the Visual Merchandising Directive for stores
  • Cascades the monthly directive to stores, supports the individual store mapping process, and feedback on execution
  • Works closely with the VP of Retail, Merchandising, and Planning during the assortment review process to ensure key looks and brand expression are told in retail stores through assortment, color, and visual presentation
  • Works in conjunction with the brand creative and marketing team to ensure that all brand stories are expressed through creative and marketing in retail stores.
  • Works closely with the Creative and Marketing team to request and decide on in-store assets for stores, including campaign and evergreen assets.
  • Collaborate regularly with the following cross-functional teams: Design, Merchandising, Planning and Allocation, Marketing, and Creative to develop and implement the Product Strategy IRL.
  • Aligns on visual merchandising strategies, marketing assets, and assortment adjustments.

. We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years of multi-unit store visual merchandising and leadership experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in in-store brand marketing or related experiences in marketing strategy, planning, and implementation.
  • Ability to collaborate, inspire, and motivate cross-functional business partners
  • Strong attention to detail balanced by higher-level strategic thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment and comfort with ambiguity
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

The Fine Print:

At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide-range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The annual compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000. This pay range may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
