What you'll be doing
As our People Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of People operations, ensuring seamless office operations, and providing comprehensive administrative support. Your responsibilities will include implementing and managing policies and programs, office management, HR reporting and systems, and actively contributing to our vibrant company culture. From pre-onboarding to engaging company-wide events and ongoing support, your efforts will foster an environment where every team member feels valued and motivated.
This position will report to our People Manager and collaborate closely with the rest of the People Team.

Tasks / Activities

  • Office management and administration.
  • Pre-onboarding and off-boarding administrative tasks (welcome emails, system setup, merch kits, swag, computers).
  • Addressing and resolving employee inquiries regarding labor-related matters, benefits, payments, vacations, and licenses.
  • Managing payroll and benefits registrations, modifications, and cancellations (health insurance, banks, tax authorities).
  • Assisting in analyzing compensation and benefits programs, including market benchmarking, to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
  • Updating internal systems, organizational charts, and managing payroll and data information.
  • Implementing and overseeing policies and benefits such as birthday gifts and business trips.
  • Administering holidays, vacations, and licenses.
  • Managing general meetings and related activities.
  • Coordinating business travel, including offsite trips and travel assistance.
  • Planning and executing people-related activities to foster connection among collaborators.
  • Generating and analyzing HR reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources with understanding of payroll processes and RSU administration.
  • Advanced English Level.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in G Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Adaptability to changes in a dynamic environment and contribution to process improvements.
