Support AWS workloads and software infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Build and maintain LIMS to support the laboratory and research scientists.
Collaborate with bioinformaticians to create robust, scalable analysis pipelines.
Take lead on developing projects for scientists ensuring product meets strategic goals.
Facilitate integration of public human genetics datasets.
Develop connections between laboratory equipment, LIMS and Benchling ELN.
Interact with scientists and translate their needs into software design, tools and workflows.
Combine multiple data sources to generate dashboards using Tableau.
Regularly communicate with scientists, bioinformaticians and others to understand issues.
Support AWS workloads and software infrastructure.
