About the Team
On the Merchant Strategy & Operations team, our mission is to have best-in-class restaurant selection, build modern services for our merchants to grow their business, and help our partners operate. Our Partner Integrations team works with both restaurants and the technology platforms that serve them to integrate with DoorDash. Our New Bets pod focuses on powering DoorDash’s first party Commerce Platform suite— driving seamless integrations across POS systems, middleware platforms, loyalty programs, and gift card providers that bring DoorDash Online Ordering to life for our restaurant partners.
About the Role
DoorDash is looking for an Associate Manager, Partner Integrations who will own and scale integrations supporting our first party digital ordering platform. You will report to a Manager on the Partner Integrations team, and be responsible for leading integrations across POS, middleware, loyalty, and gift card platforms that power DoorDash Online Ordering. Internally, you’ll strategize with cross-functional DoorDash teams to build and operate world-class integrations. Externally, you’ll serve as the face of DoorDash’s integrations team for our platform partners.
As an Associate Manager, you will help implement and maintain integrations with our restaurant partners and technology providers to drive growth and quality on DoorDash’s first party channels. You’ll be responsible for key launches, operational metrics and process improvement from strategy to execution, joining other company leaders at the forefront of DoorDash’s fastest-growing business lines.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience leading integrations, with experience translating technical concepts to business solutions and building/implementing integrations, within roles such as but not limited to: startup/restaurant tech/software/systems strategy & operations, solutions architecture, solutions engineering, technical program management
- Demonstrated technical experience with APIs and webhooks
- Proven track record of leading high-visibility initiatives, working both cross-functionally and externally to achieve goals, and succeeding in a team environment
- Hands-on working SQL experience to analyze complex problems and troubleshoot issues independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with AI tools is a plus; fluency is not required, but you will be expected to develop and leverage AI skills in the role as we build AI-powered workflows across our operations
- Bachelor’s degree required
We expect this position to be filled by 7/29/26.
Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
