- Greenfield Innovation: Shape next-generation capabilities including LLM-powered classification services, autonomous RBAC policy engines, and ML governance frameworks — establishing model lineage, training data provenance, and fairness auditing standards as AI becomes central to compliance at scale
- Global Scope: Work across US, EU, and India with direct impact on DoorDash's international expansion strategy
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

- Partner with Identity, Ingestion, Product teams, and Privacy to orchestrate complex cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple geographies
- Drive architectural decisions for PII classification services, data encryption frameworks, and future RBAC systems
- Participate in Data Platform leadership reviews covering product roadmap, program execution, and operational excellence
- Build recruiting pipeline, mentor senior ICs, and develop technical leadership within the team
We’re excited about you because you have…
