Sr. Associate, Influencer Marketing
DoorDash
About the Team
The Brand and Creative Marketing team is home to some of the most culturally impactful work at DoorDash — from Super Bowl moments and celebrity partnerships to creator-led campaigns that shape how the world sees our brand.
This role sits within the Influencer Marketing discipline on our larger Brand Social team. Our mission is to make DoorDash synonymous with moments that matter by partnering with the people who move culture forward. We collaborate with talent that feels real and relevant, from emerging internet creators to established personalities with rabid fandoms.
You’ll report to the Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing, working cross-functionally with Media, Social, Creative, Comms, and Partnerships to bring breakthrough, talent-led storytelling to life.
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creatively fluent Sr. Associate of Influencer Marketing to support the execution and optimization of DoorDash’s creator campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who loves evaluating creative, keeping complex programs organized, and using performance insights to inform smarter creator decisions.
You’ll play a critical role behind the scenes — helping review and elevate influencer creative, maintaining key operational workflows, coordinating asset handoffs, and translating performance readouts into clear insights and recommendations. You bring a sharp eye for great creator content, a structured approach to organization, and a curiosity for what’s working (and why).
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re energized by both creative nuance and operational rigor. You’re comfortable juggling details, timelines, and data — and you take pride in making things run smoothly while pushing the work to be better.
You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…
- Review influencer content for creative quality, brand alignment, and platform best practices — providing thoughtful feedback that helps elevate final deliverables
- Support creator campaign execution by maintaining our influencer creative dashboard, trackers, and documentation across active programs
- Coordinate influencer asset handoffs with the Growth Media team, ensuring timely delivery, clear specs, and seamless paid amplification workflows
- Assist in evaluating creator shortlists, using cultural intuition, brand fit, and performance insights to inform recommendations
- Analyze influencer performance readouts and campaign results, helping identify trends, learnings, and opportunities to optimize future creator work
- Partner closely with the Senior Managers and cross-functional teams (Creative, Media, Social) to keep influencer initiatives aligned and on track
- Stay plugged into creator and social trends, with an eye toward emerging formats, voices, and content styles that could inform future campaigns
We’re Excited About You Because…
- You have 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, creator partnerships, or digital marketing, ideally at a brand or agency
- You have a strong eye for creator content and understand what makes influencer creative feel authentic, engaging, and platform-native
- You’re highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing trackers, dashboards, or multi-stakeholder workflows
- You’re comfortable working with performance data and eager to translate metrics into clear insights and recommendations
- You’re collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented — you anticipate needs and help keep projects moving forward
- You’re curious about culture, creators, and social trends, and excited to help shape how a major brand shows up in creator spaces
We expect this position to be filled by 4/14/2026.
