To further this mission, we’re looking for an experienced consumer growth marketer to join our growing consumer marketing team at a pivotal and exciting time for DoorDash.

The consumer growth marketing team is focused on building and nurturing our consumer base by building a relationship with our consumer and providing them with an engaging and relevant cross-channel experience. The consumer growth marketing team at DoorDash is growing rapidly and it is expected this person will be a leader on the team, help develop our marketing approach, and grow their career as the team expands.

About the Role

The Consumer Paid Marketing team is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to grow DoorDash's Marketplace. This role will focus on supporting the launch and growth of new consumer offerings, as well as scaling paid media efforts internationally. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Paid Social end to end, from media planning and creative testing to measurement and reporting, with opportunities to support Paid Search based on skill set and business needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a performance marketer who enjoys bringing new products to market, shaping how consumers adopt new experiences, and helping grow DoorDash beyond its core markets.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Lead Paid Social strategy and execution across major platforms, from early stage testing to scaled campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and conversion.
  • Support the launch and growth of new consumer products and features, helping educate users on new ways to engage with DoorDash through paid social first marketing.
  • Develop and manage end to end campaigns, including audience strategy, creative briefing, testing roadmaps, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Partner closely with cross functional teams including product, analytics, strategy and ops, and creative to align paid media with product launches and broader growth initiatives.
  • Support DoorDash’s international business through Paid Social and Paid Search, contributing to localized strategies that drive sustainable international growth.
  • Create structured testing and learning plans to continuously improve creative, messaging, and targeting performance.
  • Communicate performance insights, learnings, and risks clearly to cross functional partners and senior leadership.

We’re excited about you because you have…

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep hands on experience in Paid Social; Paid Search experience is a plus.
  • A strong track record managing paid social campaigns, including campaign setup, budget pacing, creative testing, and audience targeting.
  • Experience supporting product launches, new features, or new use cases, with an ability to drive adoption through paid media.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with comfort using data to make decisions in fast paced, evolving environments.
  • A collaborative mindset and experience working across marketing, product, and analytics teams.
  • A bias for action, ownership, and comfort operating with ambiguity while delivering measurable impact.

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

  • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
  • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
