About the Role

As a Senior Associate on the Revenue Strategy & Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decisions across the DoorDash for Business organization. You’ll use your analytical horsepower, business judgment, and AI fluency to uncover insights, streamline processes, and empower teams with actionable intelligence.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and operations—and enjoys turning complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable results.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Drive Strategic Insights: Partner with General Management, Sales leadership, and GTM teams to deliver analytical recommendations on customer trends, global growth opportunities, and go-to-market performance.
  • Design for Scale: Evaluate and optimize sales team design, territories, and compensation models to improve productivity and alignment. You are able to move fast for today while always thinking about how to build for tomorrow.
  • Leverage AI & Automation: Use AI tools to query large datasets, automate workflows, and create engaging dashboards (both internal and customer-facing) that democratize insights.
  • Provide Deal-Level Commercial Analysis:
    • Quantify the financial and operational impacts of non-standard deal terms.
    • Enforce governance controls and support the closing and implementation of complex deals.
    • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure accurate deal handoffs.
  • Enhance Legal & Deal Processes:
    • Optimize legal triage templates and non-standard deal workflows.
    • Maintain and refine contract playbooks, templates, and checklists in partnership with Legal.
    • Train account executives on submission standards and deal processes.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to surface insights that inform product roadmap and customer growth strategies.
  • Answer Key Business Questions: Write SQL queries and analyze data across multiple systems to deliver timely, actionable answers to leadership.

We’re excited about you because…

  • Experience in top-tier management consulting (Bain, BCG, McKinsey), investment banking, or strategic business operations roles.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce, SQL, and strong comfort working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to streamline data analysis, build dashboards, and generate insights.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, marketing, and customer success lifecycles.
  • Experience collaborating with Legal and Finance teams on deal governance and non-standard terms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable translating data into compelling narratives for executives.
  • High attention to detail, with a bias for action and ownership.
