About the Role

As a Recruitment Marketing Coordination, you will be instrumental in helping drive operations to hire top talent in the Brazil market. In this role, you’ll lead local employer brand activation, run recruitment campaigns, and create standout content that resonates with Brazilian candidates across functions like tech, operations, and support. You’ll bridge local market insights with global brand strategies to build awareness, increase engagement, and help us stand out as a top employer in Brazil. You will report into the Employer Brand and Global Recruitment Marketing Lead at DoorDash in our People and Culture organization.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Craft authentic messaging that resonates with diverse audiences globally.
  • Produce compelling multimedia content — from employee testimonials and day-in-the-life videos to blog posts and careers site features.
  • Partner with our recruitment marketing vendor to build and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and applications for priority roles.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as candidate engagement, application volume, conversion rates, cost analysis, and brand sentiment.
  • Continuously test and optimize content, messaging, and channel strategy using data and feedback.

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or Digital Marketing
  • You’re fluent in English.
  • Previous experience building and launching paid Recruitment Marketing ads across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, etc.
  • Have experience hosting events
  • You have worked with campaign performance tracking.
  • You have a 1% better mentality, operating A/B testing and conversion optimization to drive the most effective and efficient use of marketing dollars.
  • You’re an expert at working cross-functionally with global and local teams.
  • It’s a plus if you’re fluent Portuguese and you have familiarity with Brazilian job boards and WhatsApp as a communication tool is a plus, both verbal and written.
