The Brand Marketing team at DoorDash's In-Store division is one of three primary marketing functions: product marketing, demand generation and brand marketing. We will establish SevenRooms as a leading hospitality solution globally, delivering high quality sales opportunities and supporting our customer journey. About the Role

As our Senior Associate, Field Marketing, you will have ownership over the development and execution of our community development strategy. You'll build a program and team that embeds our platform into the hospitality industry to drive greater brand awareness and positive sentiment. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for community outreach and engagement while maintaining a constant feedback loop with the broader hospitality industry and adjacent communities.

  • Understand and evolve our industry participation and community development strategy. Develop and implement ongoing community development initiatives to increase brand and community presence across the hospitality industry.
  • Manage all current and future association partnerships. Build relationships with industry peers to understand brand perception while developing ideas on how we can get more involved and further support the industry.
  • Conduct ongoing research on current and future industry opportunities. Organically weave community engagement projects into existing events and our brand calendar throughout the year.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify team members for community outreach and engagement. Provide community feedback to key stakeholders, including the Marketing and Leadership teams while finding new marketing opportunities.
  • Be a brand ambassador to support potential introductions, connections and new business opportunities. Create new opportunities to drive word of mouth and create a network effect in core cities while supporting organic referrals.

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have 6+ years of experience in B2B or B2C community engagement and community building with hospitality industry experience
  • You have experience presenting to executive leadership teams and working cross-functionally across multiple departments and stakeholders
  • You are passionate about the hospitality industry and understand the unique challenges and opportunities within this space
  • You excel at building relationships with industry peers and association partners while developing strategic community engagement initiatives
  • You have strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify new market opportunities and translate community feedback into actionable insights for leadership teams

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

See below for paid time off details:

  • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
  • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
