About the Team

DoorDash Labs is building the next generation of restaurant hardware to improve accuracy, reduce waste, and streamline kitchen operations. We partner with restaurants nationwide to deploy hardware products that make a measurable impact on their bottom line. Our operations team is responsible for ensuring that every unit is delivered on time, in working order, and supported throughout its lifecycle—including RMAs, shipping, inventory management, and deployments.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our Warehouse Operations Team. This person will play a key role in ensuring the reliable and efficient movement of our products—from kitting and shipping to processing returns and maintaining inventory accuracy. You’ll own the day-to-day flow of devices in and out of our warehouse and support our broader Ops and Product teams by keeping everything running smoothly on the ground.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that’s perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in responsibility, organization, and consistency.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Own daily shipping and receiving of kits and components
  • Process returns (RMAs) quickly and accurately, ensuring timely turnaround for our restaurant partners
  • Track inventory and maintain clear, organized systems in the warehouse
  • Prep and kit hardware components for field deployment
  • Collaborate with Ops, Support, and Product teams to surface blockers and improve workflows
  • Help build a best-in-class warehouse operation for a fast-growing hardware product

We’re excited about you because…

  • You bring 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or logistics
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and take pride in doing things right the first time
  • You can lift and move up to 50 lbs, work on your feet, and thrive in an active warehouse setting
  • You’re comfortable using tools like Google Sheets or basic inventory software
  • You follow instructions carefully but are also proactive in identifying ways to improve processes
  • You bring a positive, reliable, and responsible attitude to work every day
