The SevenRooms Sales Development team is on a mission to reshape the hospitality industry by connecting operators with powerful tools to own guest relationships and streamline operations. Our team is led by a Director focused on performance and professional growth, with a track record of developing SDRs into future leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and beyond.
About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for hospitality operators exploring SevenRooms. You’ll research prospects, build personalized outreach plans, and spark meaningful conversations that introduce our platform and its impact. Working closely with Sales leadership, you’ll play a key role in driving pipeline and creating new opportunities for the business. This role is perfect for someone curious, proactive, and eager to grow within a high-performing team.

- Prospecting & Outreach. Identify and reach out to potential clients through targeted email campaigns and cold calling to generate interest in SevenRooms.
- Inspire Engagement. Communicate the value of the SevenRooms platform to prospective customers and inspire them to learn more about how it can support their business.
- Pipeline Organization. Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of outreach and lead progression.
- Lead Research & Campaign Execution. Leverage tools and technologies to find contact information, discover new target markets, and execute thoughtful outbound campaigns across phone and email.
- Build Relationships. Develop meaningful relationships with hospitality operators in the U.S. and internationally, creating trust and paving the way for future partnerships.

- You have 1+ years of previous work experience, ideally in a sales or service-oriented role
- You’re detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
- You thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and stay focused under pressure
- You’re an excellent communicator—both in writing and verbally
- You’re self-motivated, results-driven, and enjoy exceeding goals
- You have experience with cold calling, sales tools like Salesforce.com, or other CRM systems (a plus!)You’ve worked in hospitality—such as restaurants, nightlife, or hotels—or have a strong appreciation for the industry

Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for sales commission. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
