About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Program Manager, Global Workplace Operations to join our Workplace team. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at optimizing the employee experience, operational efficiency, and strategic planning across our global real estate and workplace portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in workplace operations, project management, and program delivery, with a passion for designing and managing employee-centered spaces and systems that enable productivity, culture, and growth.

  • Program Ownership
    • Design, lead, and scale key workplace programs including space planning, occupancy management and employee experience enhancements.
    • Own program roadmaps, timelines, and key deliverables while ensuring alignment with company goals.
    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects. Develop detailed project plans, set clear milestones, manage resources, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Cross-functional Leadership
    • Partner with teams across Real Estate, Facilities, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and Security to deliver seamless workplace solutions.
    • Act as the central point of coordination for workplace transformation initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Monitor and enhance performance of workplace operations, developing metrics and dashboards to drive data-informed decisions.
    • Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Workplace Strategy & Change Management
    • Contribute to the long-term workplace strategy, including hybrid work models and space utilization planning.
    • Drive employee engagement through communication, training, and feedback loops during changes to workplace environments.
    • Design and implement change management and communication strategies to drive successful adoption of new programs and initiatives. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Partner on Remote-First Programming
    • Partner with Workforce Management and Employee Experience to deliver innovative remote-first programs that support employee engagement and effective collaboration in a distributed work environment.
  • Data Analysis and Insights
    • Utilize data and analytics to track key metrics, measure program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement. Partner with People Analytics to leverage insights for future program enhancements.

We’re excited about you because…

  • 5 years of relevant experience in program or project management within the workplace, facilities, corporate real estate, or a related field.
  • Able to work from the Tempe, Arizona office 5 days a week, and travel 20% of time to hubs, including international locations
  • Proven experience managing large-scale workplace projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of workplace operations, space planning, hybrid work models, and workplace technologies (e.g., IWMS, occupancy sensors, visitor management systems).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Jira, Coupa, Slack, Tableau and Excel.
  • PMP, WELL, or similar certifications are a plus.
