About the Team

The New Verticals (NV) Pre-Launch team is part of the Merchant Services organization, focused on preparing high-quality catalog builds for new merchants before their official platform launch. Our team ensures a smooth onboarding experience by reviewing merchant data, coordinating with cross-functional (XFN) partners, and establishing clear requirements and documentation for catalog creation. We work closely with Sales, Catalog, and XFN partners to ensure data integrity, meeting standards for merchant catalog builds. Our main tools include Salesforce, JIRA, Google Sheets, and Mode.
