About the Team

DoorDash Canada is looking for an experienced sales representative to support selling our marketing suite (Sponsored Listings, promotions) into franchise groups within some of our largest Enterprise partners. This post-sales role will work closely with the Enterprise account management team in coordinating account-by-account strategy and execution.

About the Role

This person will own the end-to-end sales cycle, including initial outreach, selling, executing campaigns, reporting, and upsell for the franchise segment. They will work hand in hand with Enterprise Account Executives to develop and execute strategies with Corporate restaurant brands that educate franchisees and ultimately drive investment in DoorDash Ads and Promos. They will leverage outreach techniques (cold calling, email drips, etc.) to convert top holdout franchise groups onto our marketing products, and share on-the-ground insights with sales leadership and operations team. They will be responsible for achieving quarterly Ads & Promos revenue growth goals within their book of business (approximately 4-6 of the largest enterprise QSRs in Canada).

You will report into the Industry Manager on our Enterprise Restaurant Ad Sales team.

  • This role is a chance to get in on the ground floor - ads at DoorDash are the startup within the larger company, so we are looking for founding team members and builders. This is an opportunity to be a founding team member in Canada.
  • This person will work with some of the most well-known brands in Canada, including Restaurants such as McDonald’s, Subway, and Pizza Hut.
  • Play a critical role in representing the Voice of Customer to internal stakeholder groups (product, marketing, ad ops, strategy & operations, etc.) to define the future of DoorDash’s Ads & Promos offering

We’re excited about you because…

  • Have 2+ years of experience working in a transactional deal cycle, closing new business within a few weeks
  • Be comfortable using tools (Outreach, Salesforce) to scale prospect outreach and follow-up
  • Have a passion for the restaurant industry
  • Have experience hitting and exceeding ambitious goals

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Bilingual in English and French
