We’re excited about you because…

  • Hands-on leadership and strong product intuition
  • Humility - willing to get into the details and open to feedback
  • Adaptability, resiliency, and ability to thrive in ambiguity - things can change quickly, and you'll need to help the team evolve

Why You’ll Love Working at DoorDash

  • We are learning - We’re not afraid to dig in and uncover the truth, even if it’s scary or inconvenient. Everyone here is continually learning on the job, no matter if we’ve been in a role for one year or one minute.
  • We are all DoorDash - The magic of DoorDash is our people, together making our inspiring goals attainable and driving us to greater heights.
  • You grow here faster than other places because we move and grow fast. You practice muscles like leading through chaos, ruthless prioritization, crisis management.
