About the Team
Our Advertising & Promotion team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help CPG advertisers reach DoorDash audiences and grow their businesses. You’ll play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product roadmap, requirements, and seamless feature integration with our emerging network of API partners. You’ll partner closely with S&O, Product, Engineering, and Sales team to own key business metrics for the API channel, and partner cross-functionally to manage Advertiser-facing issues on our owned Ads platform. Reporting to the Director of GTM, this is a first of its kind role within DoorDash’s Ads Strategy & Operations organization.
About the Role
- Influence our product roadmap with API-specific asks, and ensure feature adoption by API partners
- Serve as first line of defense with API partners on any product updates and inbound questions related to feature integration and/or issue troubleshooting
- Share ownership over the API channel, including revenue and Advertiser adoption goals
- Own API documentation and communication, including integration and maintenance on DoorDash’s developer portal
- Triage advertiser inbounds for bugs and data discrepancies across DoorDash’s advertising platform, investigating root causes while clearly relaying updates and resolutions, both proactively and reactively

We’re excited about you because…
- You have 4+ years of experience in technical account management / customer success / platform integrations / sales engineering / product management (advertising/retail media network experience a plus)
- You are technically savvy with a strong knowledge of integrations and APIs - and you’re comfortable translating technical concepts to business solutions in a way that’s understood by both business and technical stakeholders (both internal and external)
- You are a relationship builder - you love working within highly cross-functional teams, have a proven track record of owning revenue goals, and can succeed in a complex and fast-moving environment
- You are analytical with excellent analytical abilities (comfort with Excel & SQL required), enabling you to interpret complex data and extract valuable insights to spur action
- Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
