About the Team

As the Senior Director, Strategy & Operations, Integrity, you will be a member of the Global Customer Experience and Integrity (CXI) leadership team. Our global CXI team brings a people-first mindset paired with strategy and operations to achieve their goals. They move quickly, leverage first principles thinking, and focus on problem solving. The in-house team is mostly based between Mexico City and Tempe, AZ, and the broader organization includes the global BPO network.

About the Role

The Senior Director of Integrity will oversee Fraud, Trust, and Safety for the company’s customer experience organization, working cross-functionally across the entire organization to continuously improve the safety, authenticity, and trustworthiness of the platform. You will report to the VP of Customer Experience and Integrity and will manage a team of ~30 strategy and operations people with four direct reports responsible for Consumer Integrity, Dasher and Merchant Integrity, Community Policy, and Safety Preventions. This role will be remote with the expectation to travel domestically and internationally as needed to visit teams and service centers.

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York and Washington.
