This role is heavily hands-on - with multiple key projects that will require individual contributor work. Being a T-shaped leader and able to scale all the way down to the details as well as succinctly describe the progress & vision to executives is critical. There will be a small PM team in this space and over time this role would ideally progress to management of that team.
