About the Role
Come help us redefine last-mile logistics through robotics, automation, and other advanced technologies! DoorDash Labs is an independent team inside of DoorDash incubating long-term bets and exploring new technologies that can be applied to transform last-mile logistics. We believe in the value of advanced technologies and strive to build meaningful applications of next-generation hardware and software to impact real-world needs.
We’re looking for a product manager to help oversee our kitchen operations in a hybrid domain that spans hardware and software development as well as operational aspects. You will help to reimagine the future of kitchen logistics with DoorDash.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Drive the product definition, strategy, and long term vision of our kitchen products line. You own the roadmap
- Work closely with cross-functional teams of designers, operators, data scientists and engineers
- Communicate product plans, benefits and results to key stakeholders including leadership team
- Work closely with both small local businesses and some of the largest restaurant groups in the world to improve their business and drive product innovation
- Drive the development of custom hardware and software to solve new and interesting problems
We're excited about you because…
- You have 5+ years of Product Management Industry Experience with meaningful experience in multi-sided marketplaces
- You have proven abilities in driving product strategy, vision, and roadmap alignment
- You’re an execution power-house
- You have experience presenting business reviews to senior executives
- You have empathy for the users you build for
- You are passionate about DoorDash and the problems we are solving for
- You have brought a product from 0 to 1 and also had experience bringing a product from 1 to many
- Bonus if you have experience with hardware development

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.
