The Collaboration Services team builds solutions that enable collaboration across the company. We engineer and oversee identity management, build and manage client platforms, and implement and administer all enterprise tools in our environment. We are the glue that holds teams together at DoorDash!

About the Role

The System Administrator III will manage our core collaboration infrastructure (Google, Atlassian, Slack) and our Identity and Access Management (Okta), automating processes, integrating applications, continuously improving the stability and performance of our tooling. This role is a senior member of our team and a mentor to junior staff. A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Okta Workflows and experience with the Google Workspace API and building Slack applications.

This role reports to the Senior Manager of Collaboration Services and will require occasional travel for team events.

  • Fully integrate, test, and scale applications for the company
  • Maintain compliance with access review, change management and reporting

  • Script solutions so that you never have to do the same thing twice

  • You have 4+ years of experience as an IT Engineer or System Administrator
  • You have administrative experience with our tech stack: Atlassian, Gsuite, Okta, Slack, Airtable
  • You have Okta administration and workflow experience (certification preferred)
  • You work as a cross-functional employee and enjoy being a mentor
  • You exemplify exceptional customer service while maintaining SLA’s
  • Have experience automating processes utilizing Python, Google Apps Manager and Bash scripting.

Compensation

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

California Pay Range:
$132,000$198,000 USD
