The Ad Sales team is responsible for our largest advertising partnerships' advertising vision, development, and growth. This team was recently formed and is seeking additional founding team members to build an industry-leading ads and promotions business across DoorDash’s core categories, starting with enterprise restaurant and consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. The growing DoorDash ads business will quickly become the single best place for merchants and brands to market to local customers, in an ecosystem that benefits all parties.
About the Role
As Senior Associate, Sales Marketing, you will ideate and create scaled content to accelerate the Ad Sales teams and businesses across Restaurants and Consumer Package Goods (CPG). In this role, you will focus on the go-to-market and positioning of our highest-priority solutions, with an acute appreciation for the needs and context of Enterprise Merchants. You will maintain collateral to empower partners to sell into key verticals and drive adoption of DoorDash’s Ads & Promotions offerings, such as pitch decks, demo videos, partner selling, and product guides You will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Marketing in our Enterprise Ad Sales organization, and you will also work cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and product to innovate our future approach and solutions.

- Be a founding member of the DoorDash Ads & Promos team
- Have an understanding of B2B selling motions, and marketing levers that motivate buyers
- Drive product and feature adoption to ultimately grow advertiser value and sustainable revenue for DoorDash
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure goals are met - you will direct details and timelines towards specific project outcomes while motivating others to action in an ambiguous environment
- Represent advertiser needs to influence our Ads & Promos product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

You’re a results-oriented content marketer with demonstrated experience managing high-impact You are highly analytical and count A/B testing, optimizing customer acquisition costs, and analyzing campaign performance among your core competencies. You are creative and collaborative and work well with teams to tackle challenging problems. Most importantly, you are eager to roll up your sleeves to find opportunities and efficiencies in a fast-moving company at the forefront of on-demand food ordering. Also, you probably love food!
- You have 3-5 years of related content marketing, product marketing, and/or sales enablement
- You’re a skilled storyteller who can develop compelling, audience-specific content that explains complex, technical features in words that anyone can understand
- You’ve created content in the past like eBooks, presentations, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, customer success stories, product videos, and/or how-to-guides
- You prioritize tasks and make data-driven decisions to grow engagement and revenue
- You are highly proficient in presentation design using tools such as Google Slides, Canva, and/or Adobe InDesign
- You have an outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify, and resolve problems
- You have attention to detail and can effectively manage multiple, ongoing projects

Compensation
The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.
