Senior Product Designer, Audience Targeting
About the Team
The Ads & Promotions team's mission is to make DoorDash the best place for businesses to market their brand to local customers. As one of the newest and fastest growing teams within DoorDash, we work within a complex ecosystem, balancing the needs of merchants, advertisers, and consumers. We’re realizing DoorDash’s mission of empowering local businesses everywhere by helping them reach new and existing customers. In parallel, we enable consumers to find more of what they love and make shopping more affordable for everyone.
The Audience Targeting team creates flexible tools for Merchants and Advertisers to reach the right customers on DoorDash with their marketing campaigns. This helps Merchants to personalize their campaigns and improve their business performance. As a core part of the Ads and Promotions experience, our Targeting platform enables Merchants to leverage DoorDash’s unique customer insights while protecting user privacy.

- Create, collaborate, and refine flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Design and ship high-quality product improvements
We're excited about you because…

- You enjoy ambiguous problem spaces, and bring clarity to your teams through your mastery of the design process (and the occasional design sprint)
- You are passionate about leading product strategy and vision for new product areas
- You use strategy, research, interaction design, and visual design to achieve simple and elegant solutions
- You value high quality well crafted visual design, and care about the details
At DoorDash, our mission to empower local economies shapes how our team members move quickly, learn, and reiterate in order to make impactful decisions that display empathy for our range of users—from Dashers to merchant partners to consumers. We are a technology and logistics company that started with door-to-door delivery, and we are looking for team members who can help us go from a company that is known for delivering food to a company that people turn to for any and all goods. DoorDash is growing rapidly and changing constantly, which gives our team members the opportunity to share their unique perspectives, solve new challenges, and own their careers. We're committed to supporting employees' happiness, healthiness, and overall well-being by providing comprehensive benefits and perks including premium healthcare, wellness expense reimbursement, paid parental leave and more.
