The people analytics (PA) organization at DoorDash leverages state-of-the-art methods and technologies to develop products that answer critical questions about DoorDash talent. PA is positioned to provide insights on every aspect of employment at DoorDash, spanning from recruitment through termination, ranging from very broad to extremely specific. We're looking for an Analyst to help us scale our analytics capabilities to the next stage of DoorDash’s growth, and beyond. About the Role

DoorDash is looking for an experienced analyst to join our People Analytics team. We're a data-driven organization, empowering local economies and our people to do the best work of their careers. You will be responsible for enabling data-driven insights to attract and develop great people to power and grow DoorDash. You will support and scale analytics reporting and tooling across a range of areas, from recruiting to equitability to our global business Wolt. You will lead business-wide initiatives working within a team of analysts and engineers to develop the tools and insights for our people and decision-makers. You'll be an advisor, consultant, project manager, technology advocate, data analyst, engineer, and security/privacy advocate.

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have 3+ years of experience in a data analyst, data scientist, BIE, or similar role
  • You have experience in People / HR Analytics, particularly in the areas of Recruiting Analytics, Diversity Equity and Inclusion Analytics, or international people analytics
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline
  • You are an expert in SQL and ETL pipelines, as well as with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • You are proficient in, and a computational language (e.g., Python, R)
  • You have a solid understanding of statistical analysis (e.g. regressions, a/b tests), and some familiarity with how to apply these methods to solve People Analytics problems
  • You have a track record of independently managing projects
  • You are great at developing relationships with all partners, and working with all levels of an organization, and are an expert in communicating with these audiences.
  • You have experience handling confidential data
  • Helpful Experience: Master's degree in related field, Workday HCM experience, and Tableau certification, experience working with international and multinational people data sources

Compensation

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

In addition to base salary, the compensation package for this role also includes opportunities for equity grants.

$133,600$200,400 USD
Washington Pay Range:
$126,900$190,500 USD
