About the Team

The Enterprise Commercialization Team is responsible for designing and implementing a cohesive commercial strategy across DoorDash’s largest restaurant partnerships by leading negotiations, refining go-to-market motions, and liaising directly with merchants to encourage growth and understand gaps in product market fit. Given the scale and complexity of our key partners, this team is a critical piece of DoorDash’s growth and success in every market in which we operate.

About the Role

As an Associate Manager, you will manage the pipeline reporting process, support development of new product marketing narratives, partner cross-functionally to set commercial priorities, and build relationships with some of our largest restaurant clients. In this role, you will influence deal outcomes for DoorDash’s largest partnerships and work closely with cross-functional partners across account management, marketing, ops, ads, legal, analytics, and product to drive our business forward.

  • You have 3+ years of experience in management or operations consulting, business strategy / analytics, finance, business operations, or other analytically-intensive and client facing roles
  • You have proven success working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions
  • You like rolling up your sleeves as much as you like the big picture
  • You have strong project management, organization, and presentation skills
  • You are a problem solver at core, with a strong bias for action
  • You’re comfortable with a fast pace and several moving parts
  • You have a bachelor’s degree and a strong understanding of business
  • You are proficient with excel and creating impactful presentations; SQL proficiency is a plus

Compensation

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

The estimated pay range for this position represents total on-target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay). In addition, the compensation package for this role also includes opportunities for equity grants.

California Pay Range:
$168,000$210,000 USD
New York Pay Range:
$168,000$210,000 USD
