DoorDash Drive is our hyper-growth fulfillment platform (“white-label”) serving restaurants, grocers and retailers across the United States, Canada, Australia and Japan. The Voice Ordering team is responsible for helping our merchants optimize their 1st party channel by increasing phone order conversion and in-store efficiency.
About the Role
Voice is DoorDash’s fastest growing business in DoorDash history and we are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager to help us continue our trend of unprecedented growth. The Senior Manager, will play a critical role in scaling a best-in-class voice ordering solution by focusing on growing the entire Voice business. Key responsibilities include:
- Own the largest, most strategic accounts for the Voice ordering business end-to-end (from launch, to pilot, to scaling). Key points of contact / decision makers at the Merchant include C-Suite.
- Drive and execute our evolving Go-To-Market strategy across new segments
- Drive and execute Go-To-Market strategy alongside an evolving product road map that is rapidly expanding into AI
- Work with numerous cross-functional partners to ensure the highest quality, support and technology with a first-principles / Merchant-first attitude in mind
- Support team leadership with growth & revenue forecasting (including driving key inputs), sales goals, and sales targets.
You’ll help rapidly scale DoorDash’s next big platform business, while delivering the best Voice Ordering experience for our largest enterprise merchants and their customers.

- Strategy & Operations and/or Partnerships experience a plus

Compensation
The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.
