Merchant Services Tech Specialist
About the Team
To support the growth of Doordash, the Merchant Services Labs team creates and incubates workflows for new products and initiatives requiring nuanced onboarding processes to the platform until the processes can be standardized and integrated into the core Merchant Services team workflows.
About the Role
You will be primarily responsible for automating and optimizing various merchant onboarding processes and associated reporting for Labs supported projects, as well as supporting the creation of new workflows and associated tools. This role will be hybrid starting 2024.
You will report into Merchant Services Supervisor, Josta Lopez and work among a small team of specialists on our Merchant Services Labs & Intl. Projects team in the Merchant Services organization.You're excited about this opportunity because you will.

- You have +2 years of experience working with Salesforce.
- You have +2 years experience maintaining complex spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and working within Mode/SQL.
- You get to the lowest level of detail in your work.
