About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Associate of CRM & Retention Marketing, who will help create communications and lifecycle programs to increase retention and engagement of our Merchant Partners across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging. You will work cross-functionally to create and execute CRM campaigns that have a direct impact on the sales for and growth of our Merchant partners as well as the greater DoorDash business.

You will report into the Manager on our CRM and Retention Marketing team in our Merchant organization.

  • Create and execute CRM strategies to activate, onboard, and educate merchants throughout the early lifecycle.
  • Support end-to-end development and execution of cross-channel campaigns — from driving the creative and review process to building out and monitoring programs.
  • Support the strategy and framework for rapid testing in CRM channels.
  • Analyze campaign results, help develop benchmarks, and create and share regular performance reports.
  • Establish a strong working relationship with cross-functional stakeholders in our Product, Operations, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing teams.

We’re excited about you because you have…

  • 3+ years experience in Retention Marketing, Email Marketing, Customer Engagement, or CRM Operations; B2B experience a plus (not a must!).
  • Proficiency with CRM technology including Marketing Automation platforms and CRM tools (e.g. Iterable, HubSpot).
  • Analytical skills; able to support results-driven marketing strategies and campaigns end-to-end.
  • Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit; also able to build strong relationships and consensus on initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.
