Merchant Services (MxS) is the home of onboarding, activations, content updates, post-sale updates/enablement, point-of-sale (POS), and vendor network operations for all Merchants on the DoorDash platform. Our department's goal is to create a seamless back-end process that keeps our Merchants serving up orders without interruption. We have several departments, including Core Onboarding; New Verticals, New Geos, and Platform; Menu Quality, Vendor, and GTM; and OpEx.
About the Role
We are hiring operations specialists to deliver a smooth, back-end experience to all DoorDash Merchants, including restaurants, convenience and grocery stores, pet stores, flower shops, and more businesses. In this role, you will deliver excellence in quality, including merchant onboarding and activations, internal audits, vendor audits, and related operations. You will report into a Team Lead or Supervisor in our Merchant Services organization.

- Onboard and activate merchants on to the DoorDash platform
- Partner across Sales, Quality, Operations, and more teams to ensure a smooth experience for merchants
- Enable Merchant Success through menu builds, updates, and audits
We’re excited about you because…
- You have 1+ years of experience, working in a Service or Operations role
- You have experience using Google Suite or related software (including data creation / management in Google Sheets)
- You have experience using SQL or similar query language to search in internal databases
- You enjoy creative problem-solving and collaboration to create an excellent backend experience
