DoorDash is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Ads Platform engineering team in New York. Ads is one of the fastest growing businesses at DoorDash. This team is responsible for building a reliable, scalable, and extensible infrastructure foundation for DoorDash advertising.
About the Role
As the manager responsible for the Ads Platform team, you will be driving the technical vision and execution of the teams and also lead the evolution of the platform to be world-class, reliable, highly available, and easily extensible.

We’re excited about you because…
- B.S., M.S., or PhD. in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of industry experience in developing backend platform infrastructure
- 4+ years of management experience
- Strong hands-on experience with distributed system design, system scaling, and performance optimization
- Strong track record of execution, leadership and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and x-functional partners
- Ability to lead and grow an excellent engineering team in a rapidly changing business environment

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
