About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on builder for a key pillar of our Retail team. You will help grow and scale one of our big bets, expanding into B2B fulfillment. You will make recommendations based on data on how to grow and optimize the business and support processes; will work directly with our internal cross-functional partners to ensure our quality is unmatched and with external partners to strengthen our relationship while helping drive our top-level business objectives.

This role reports directly to the Manager of Strategy & Operations for Retail. We have designed this role to have increased scope and responsibility that are unlocked as the business continues its growth trajectory and as you demonstrate and grow your own capabilities.

Analyze – Create the analytics infrastructure, metrics, and tools to grow and support our most important partners as well as uncover new opportunities to drive growth
Build – Drive the development of new tools and processes for managing Merchant growth in the growing Retail business
Strategize – Understand the needs of our partners, prioritize those needs by impact, and create solutions with cross-functional partners
Influence – Work cross-functionally with our Product, Logistics, and Business Development teams to make sure our partners have the best possible experience when using DoorDash's services

Compensation

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

New York Pay Range:

$100,000—$135,000 USD
