About the Role
Partner with the CEO to define, research, and articulate the foundational theses that shape how the world’s largest enterprises understand and adopt AI transformation.
Own and operate Dialogues, Distyl’s content and media platform for exploring and publishing these ideas — turning deep, first-principles thinking into frameworks that drive market leadership and responsible change.

Core Responsibilities
Thesis Development
Research and articulate frameworks on key enterprise AI topics — e.g., AI-native transformation, determinism, reasoning , and autonomy — and the socio-technological controls and interfaces around each of them.Narrative Strategy
Translate these frameworks into executive-level narratives used across GTM, investor communication, and public positioning.-
Dialogues Platform Ownership
Define the editorial and research agenda for Distyl Dialogues — ensuring every piece ladders up to Distyl’s core theses.
Curate and host conversations with enterprise leaders, philosophers, and technologists, distilling them into essays, videos, and frameworks.
Build the audience and influence of Dialogues through content syndication, speaking opportunities, and thought-partnerships.
Ensure Dialogues acts as the front door to Distyl’s mind — a platform that informs, inspires, and differentiates.
Thought Leadership Development
Ghostwrite or co-develop essays, presentations, and speaking content with the CEO and senior leadership.Market Synthesis
Continuously identify and analyze emerging AI transformation patterns across industries, connecting them to Distyl’s strategic positioning.Intellectual Leverage
Build repeatable mechanisms for turning these ideas into scalable frameworks, training materials, and executive sales assets.
