What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a high-performing, and rapidly scaling team of 10+ technical support engineers, locally and more around the world
  • Report directly into the VP of Customer Experience
  • Work directly with SMB to Enterprise clients to deliver solutions and drive productivity
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to solve complex AI issues
  • Implement and optimize support processes while tracking team performance and ensuring best-in-class client satisfaction
  • Interacting with: Python, Typescript, OOP, APIs, Snap-ins

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years experienced in technical support, post-sales, or customer success (AI, SaaS, or tech experience is a plus).
  • Scaled and built teams from scratch including playbooks, onboarding and best practices
  • Skilled in advanced troubleshooting across SMB to Enterprise accounts, and automating more simple inquiries
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Passionate about AI technology, customer experience, and mentoring teams
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment with global exposure
