Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manufacturing Technician located in Atlanta, GA. The technician will be responsible for operating, calibrating and maintaining our 3D printers and ancillary equipment, preparing chemical slurry formulations, ensuring quality control, troubleshooting manufacturing processes, performing dimensional metrology and quality control, and effectively communicating with our highly experienced engineering staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associates or equivalent degree in mechanical, manufacturing, chemical, or industrial engineering.
Experience with 3D printing, additive manufacturing and/or metal casting technologies.

Experience with photopolymerization (SLA) and laser powder bed fusion metal 3D printing highly preferred.

Manufacturing Process Equipment knowledge and Strong Hands-On

Troubleshooting skills.

Dimensional Metrology and Quality Control skills.

Experience with Chemical or Pharmaceutical Slurry Formulation
Experience with maintaining and sustaining manufacturing equipment lines with minimum downtime.
Strong communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
