About Daye

Daye is a gynaecological health R&D company on a mission to bridge the gender health gap. We are bridging the world of medical devices with the aesthetic and accessibility of a consumer brand. From our medical-grade & CBD-coated Tampons, to our at-home vaginal microbiome, STI and HPV screening, and pain-free Hormone Tests, we operate at the intersection of D2C, B2B, and retail across multiple geographies. Our mission is to enable our patients to connect the dots and receive holistic care across their vaginal, menstrual, and hormonal health.

The Mission

To date, our content has lived in silos. As we expanded into new product lines, business models (B2B, healthcare CPG, D2C), and territories, our storytelling became decentralized.

We are looking for a Content Manager to change that.

You will be the architect of our content engine. You will centralize our voice, scale our content production pipelines, and ensure that whether a customer is reading a diagnostic leaflet, scrolling our TikTok, or unboxing a product, the storytelling is cohesive, compliant with regulations, and compelling. This is a high-impact role: You are the key addition to the marketing team for 2026.

What You Will Do

  • Build the Content Engine: Move us from ad-hoc content creation to a scalable, predictable publishing machine. You will implement workflows that allow us to produce high-quality, science-forward assets efficiently for D2C, B2B, and Retail.
  • Unify the Brand Voice: Act as the guardian of the Daye brand. You will harmonize our messaging across strictly regulated medical packaging, educational blog posts, snappy social copy, and B2B sales decks.
  • Drive Organic Growth: You arent just making content for contents sake. You are building an SEO and storytelling strategy designed to drive traffic, acquire customers organically, and build community trust.
  • Omnichannel Storytelling: You will oversee the copy and creative direction for:
  • Physical: Packaging, regulatory leaflets, and unboxing experiences.
  • Digital: Website (landing pages & blog), Email flows (CRM), and Social Media.
  • Video First: You will spearhead our shift toward video. Whether shooting on an iPhone or directing an editor, you will turn complex medical concepts into engaging short-form video content.
  • Medical Translation: You will work closely with our R&D and Medical teams to translate clinical and scientific data into consumer-friendly language without losing scientific accuracy.

Who You Are

  • The Industry Expert: You have 5+ years of experience in Healthcare CPG, Femtech, Medical Device or Similar. You understand the unique challenge of marketing regulated products (D2C and B2B) and know how to navigate compliance/claims.
  • The Pipeline Builder: You have a proven track record of scaling content operations. You love Asana/Trello/Notion as much as you love writing. You know how to repurpose one asset into ten.
  • The Video Native: You are comfortable with video. Experience with editing (Premiere, CapCut) or production is a massive plus. You know how to visualize a story, not just write it.
  • The "One-Person Army" Mindset: As a key tactical hire for 2026, you are resourceful. You are strategic enough to present to the Board, but humble enough to write newsletter copy and proofread packaging leaflets.
  • Bulgaria-Based (Preferred): You are based in (or willing to relocate to/spend significant time in) Sofia to work closely with our operational and creative teams.

This position is for you if you are:

  • Highly adaptable and comfortable with high levels of ambiguity.
  • Obsessed with proactive risk management and can think like both an attacker and a regulator.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, resource-constrained start-up where processes evolve quickly.
  • Motivated by building from scratch from policies to infrastructure and seeing your work directly protect patients.
  • Deeply aligned with Daye's mission to restore trust and transparency in women's health.
  • Comfortable with working on mundane, as well as strategic tasks.
  • Obsessed with self-organisation.
  • Exhibiting high levels of autonomy.
  • Committed to accuracy and have impeccable attention to detail.
