We are now seeking a dynamic Head of B2B Sales to drive our expansion across retail, clinics, and insurance, and capitalise on our validated product portfolio.
About the Role: Head of B2B Sales
The Head of B2B Sales will lead Daye's B2B sales strategy, focusing on building and scaling partnerships with retailers, clinics, and insurance providers. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding Daye's market presence, and establishing strategic relationships to distribute our innovative product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within healthcare, medtech, or femtech, with strong leadership skills and a passion for advancing women's health. The position location can be London or Sofia.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to drive revenue growth, focusing on key sectors such as retail, insurance providers, and clinical partnerships. Prioritise expansion in the EU and US market, aligning with Dayes funding priorities.
Build and lead sales team: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing B2B sales team to meet ambitious revenue targets. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results-driven performance. Be hands-on enough to jump into day-to-day work, while providing strategic direction to the team.
Forge strategic partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with retailers, clinics, public payers for healthcare, insurance providers, and corporate wellness programs to distribute Daye's product portfolio.
Drive revenue growth: Achieve and exceed revenue targets, with a focus on growing B2B sales. Be a budget holder and monitor growth KPIs closely, reporting to the leadership team.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Medical Innovation teams to align sales strategies with product development, regulatory milestones, and customer needs.
Market expansion: Lead market entry strategies in the US, including navigating regulatory and reimbursement landscapes, and building relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare and retail.
Customer relationship management: Maintain strong relationships with existing and new B2B clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for cross-sell and upsell across Daye's comprehensive patient journeys.
Data-driven decision making: Utilise Daye's data points to tailor sales pitches, demonstrate product efficacy and highlight competitive advantages over traditional solutions.
Monitor performance metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators, including revenue, gross margin, B2B customer conversion times, and churn rates.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare, medtech, femtech, or consumer health, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven success in scaling B2B sales in the US market is highly desirable.
Deep understanding of the healthcare and retail landscapes, including experience working with clinics, pharmacies, or corporate wellness programs. Familiarity with women's health, medical devices, or diagnostic tools.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Ability to develop and execute scalable sales strategies, leveraging data and market insights to drive growth.
Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills, with experience securing partnerships with retailers, healthcare providers, or corporate clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of innovative medical devices to diverse stakeholders.
Comfortable using data and analytics to inform sales strategies and demonstrate product efficacy.
Strong alignment with Daye's mission to address gaps in women's healthcare and improve outcomes for conditions like period pain, vaginal infections, and STIs.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support team activities.
