About the role
We are looking for a highly creative, performance-driven Writer & Producer to create high-converting video advertisements for Cure.
This is not a traditional content or brand marketing role. Your primary responsibility will be to create performance marketing ads that capture attention, communicate the right message, and drive measurable business results.
You will own the creative process from identifying customer insights and writing scripts to producing the ad, working with creators and editors, and continuously improving creatives based on performance data.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer insights that can be turned into high-performing ad concepts.
- Write short-form video scripts for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other performance marketing channels.
- Develop strong hooks that stop the scroll within the first few seconds.
- Take complete ownership of ads from concept to final delivery.
- Work closely with video editors to create multiple ad variations
- Review edits and provide clear, performance-focused feedback.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of new creative experiments.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in performance creative, copywriting, content production, digital advertising, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of direct-response and performance marketing.
- Proven ability to write high-converting video ad scripts.
- Experience producing short-form video content for digital platforms.
