About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Writer & Producer to own the strategy, content, and production of videos across the user journey within our app. The ideal candidate is someone who does not wait to be assigned every task. They are naturally curious, take initiative, identify gaps, and constantly ask:
“Where can video solve a user problem or improve conversion?”
Key Responsibilities
Identify Video Opportunities Across the User Journey
- Study the user journey and identify points where users may be confused, drop off, hesitate, or need additional information.
- Identify opportunities to introduce videos that can improve:
- Conversion
- Product understanding
- User engagement
- Treatment adherence
- Trust
- Completion of key actions
- Work closely with Product,Marketing, Doctors, and Customer Experience teams to identify user problems that can be solved through video.
Own Content and Script Development
- Take complete ownership of the production process from idea to final delivery.
- Write clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand scripts.
- Create instructional, educational, product usage, treatment guidance, explainer, and conversion-focused videos.
- Coordinate with doctors, creators, videographers, editors, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage shoots and ensure all required footage is captured.
- Review edits and provide clear feedback to ensure the final output meets the objective.
- Ensure videos are delivered on time and in the correct format for the app.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in content production, video production, scriptwriting, creative production, or a similar role.
- Experience creating educational, instructional, explainer, product, or digital content.
- Ability to understand a user journey and identify communication gaps.
- Experience managing end-to-end video production.
