About Crucibl
A $400B industry built on selling intelligence-for-hire, management consulting is on the brink of massive disruption. We're building the AI-native operating system for business decisions: agents that turn messy enterprise data into crisp, actionable outcomes in seconds.
We're not pre-revenue and hoping. We're profitable, growing fast, and delivering for household-name clients — including Fortune 500 companies. We raised a $10M seed from Tier 1 VCs, but revenue is what's funding our growth. The client pipeline is full and we're scaling to meet demand.
The Role
You are the force multiplier for the CEO and the founding team. Not just an operator, a strategic partner who ensures the company scales as fast as the product. You'll bridge high-level strategy and relentless execution at a moment when both matter enormously: we have product-market fit, paying clients, and more demand than we can serve. Now we need to build the machine.
Why Join Now
- The hardest part is done — we have real revenue, Fortune 500 clients, and a clear wedge into a massive market. You're joining to scale a winning hand, not to place a bet.
- Seat at the table — work directly with founders on fundraising, hiring, GTM, and company strategy
- Outsized impact — you will have more impact here in six months than in six years at a large firm
- Build the operating system — the processes, culture, and hiring engine that define what this company becomes
- Shape how AI and judgment coexist in the world's largest enterprises
What You'll Do
- Strategic Projects: Own high-impact initiatives that don't have a natural home — new vertical expansion, pricing strategy, partnership development, Series A preparation
- Operating Cadence: Design and run the drums of the company — leadership meetings, goal-setting, internal comms — to keep a fast-growing team aligned
- Founding Team Proxy: Act as a surrogate for the CEO in meetings, synthesizing information and making decisions when founders are deep in product or client delivery
- GTM & Growth: Partner with founders to expand the sales pipeline, deepen client relationships, and manage VC relationships as we approach Series A
- Talent & Culture: Help find and close the next wave of founding-level hires. Define what excellence looks like as we grow from to 20+
- Client Operations: Help structure delivery and engagement models as we scale from a handful of clients to many
You Might Be a Great Fit If
Mindset & Style:
- The "Swiss Army Knife": High-agency generalist who can jump from a financial model to a customer call to a hiring plan without losing momentum
- Low Ego, High Output: You care about the outcome, not the credit. Willing to do whatever it takes to unblock the team
- Strategic Synthesizer: You take messy whiteboard thinking and turn it into crisp, actionable plans
- Builder, not Advisor: You likely spent 2-4 years at a top-tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Goldman, etc.) or a high-growth startup and realized you want to build the disruption, not slide-deck
Experience & Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication — you tell stories that move investors and candidates alike
- Analytical rigor — comfortable with data, can build the models to back up strategic bets
- Project management mastery — you never let a ball drop
- Experience in a high-growth environment where things change weekly is a strong plus
Who You'll Work With
Our founders bring deep technology experience (Google-scale systems serving hundreds of millions of users) and domain expertise in high-stakes business decisions from top consulting and private equity firms. You'll be the connective tissue between these worlds — and between the company we are today and the company we're becoming.
Why This Matters
85% of the global economy runs on enterprises. The biggest frontier in enterprise AI isn't better models — it's judgment at scale. While our engineers build the product, you'll build the company that delivers it to the world.
You won't just manage a calendar. You'll architect how a new category company goes from first revenue to market leader.
