This team member will:
- Lead the design, development and implementation of comprehensive leadership development programs aligned with the company’s strategic objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current leadership development needs and future requirements, identifying gaps and proposing effective solutions
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for performance and promotion processes for all CFS employees, from planning and budgeting to execution and evaluation
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure program effectiveness and make data-informed adjustments to enhance outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in leadership development to continuously innovate and improve existing programs
The ideal candidate will have most, if not all, of these requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 2+ years of experience designing and implementing leadership development programs
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think creatively about both short and long term solutions
- History of improving leaders’ performance
Additional experience and/or qualifications:
- Perform activities such as typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time
- Work in a facility that contains industrial hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics
- Willingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call occasionally
