We are seeking a Robotics Intern to contribute to the development of our on-robot autonomy stack, with a focus on multi-robot control and coordination. In this role, you will work closely with a small, collaborative engineering team to develop, deploy, and maintain software that powers our robots in customer environments. This internship offers hands-on experience bridging research and production, leveraging open-source models and the latest advances in robotics and AI to improve real-world robotic performance.

This role is located at our Santa Clara, CA office.
This is a full time, 3-month (12-week) internship starting in March 2026.
The application deadline for this role is January 11th, 2026. Interviews will take place mid-late January 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain software for our on-robot autonomy stack focusing on multi-robot control and coordination.
Leverage open source models and the latest research papers to improve the capabilities of our robots operating in customer sites
Minimum Qualifications:
Pursuing a graduate degree in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
Experience developing software for on-robot systems.
Proficiency with Git, version control, and Linux environments.
Skilled in Python or C++
Highly motivated teammate with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Enjoy working in a fast paced, collaborative and dynamic start-up environment as part of a small team.
Willing to occasionally travel.
Must have and maintain US work authorization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to deploy software to robots in production.
Experience with multi-agent coordination and planning, auction based planning, distributed decision making.
Practical experience with software engineering best practices.
Familiarity with edge compute architectures.
