Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily LTL shipments, including scheduling pickups and deliveries
Track and trace shipments, providing updates to customers and internal stakeholders
Monitor shipment performance and proactively resolve service failures before they impact customers.
Resolve exceptions such as delays, damages, or lost freight in a timely manner
Ensure accurate documentation, including bills of lading, proof of delivery, and other inspection documents when applicable
Audit carrier invoices for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and file billing disputes to ensure proper cost recovery.
Assist in process improvement initiatives and system optimizations
What We're Looking For
Required
3+ years of experience in LTL Freight, logistics, or transportation operations
Strong understanding of LTL carrier networks, pricing structures, and service levels
Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and Google Workspace
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills — able to present data and recommendations to senior leadership clearly.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated team player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Nice to Have
Experience with other service levels and modes - including white glove and full truckload
Familiarity with freight audit and payment processes.

Background in supply chain finance or transportation accounting.
