As a Customer Account Specialist supporting Drayage, you'll be a key member of our Operations team, supporting Account Management by delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence for CloudTrucks Exchange's growing customer base.
What You’ll Do:
Be the go-to problem solver – Proactively communicate with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to anticipate needs and resolve issues before they escalate
Own the customer experience – Provide prompt, clear responses to inquiries and keep customers informed with timely updates on exceptions and shipment statuses
Leverage technology – Use our platform to track orders in real-time and implement corrective actions when exceptions occur
Build lasting relationships – Develop rapport with customers to deeply understand their unique needs and become their trusted partner
Drive process excellence – Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure account processes and SOPs are documented, followed, and continuously improved
Work smarter, not harder – Identify and utilize tools and resources that enhance efficiency and streamline workflows
Think on your feet – Offer creative solutions and alternatives to keep shipments moving and customers satisfied
What we are looking for:
3+ years in logistics with strong drayage expertise - you know the industry inside and out
Customer service oriented - You genuinely care about delivering great experiences
Strong communication – Clear, confident, and professional across all channels (phone, email, chat)
Sharp attention to detail – Nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
Master multitasker – You prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and thrive in fast-paced environments
Team player mentality – You collaborate seamlessly across departments and build strong internal partnerships
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 4x a week in our Atlanta office in Buckhead.
