Actual compensation packages depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant. As a Brokerage Sales Specialist we expect you'll have results-driven mindset and a hunter mentality. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving new business by developing relationships and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Success in this position comes from your ability to push through leads, display grit, and build strong rapport with shippers as you pitch the value of CloudTrucks. We’re seeking someone who is a quick learner, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative, all while thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


The Day-To-Day

  • Conducting cold and warm calls to onboard shippers as clients

  • Coordinating and managing the transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery

  • Negotiating rates and contracts with customers to maximize profitability

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships

  • Tracking shipments and providing regular updates to clients

  • Ensuring all operations comply with industry regulations and standards

  • Resolving customer inquiries and addressing any concerns swiftly and professionally

  • Using transportation management systems for data entry and maintaining accurate records

  • Collaborating with internal teams to streamline transportation processes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brokerage sales, with a proven track record

  • Strong operational knowledge of the trucking and brokerage industry

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $50,000 - 60,000, with additional commission opportunities

  • Uncapped commission potential, allowing you to significantly increase your earnings

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift

  • In-person position located in Atlanta, GA (Buckhead area)
