The Revenue Operations team at CloudTrucks is a high impact, cross-functional, multi-disciplinary role supporting the GTM organization with shared services. As the Revenue Enablement Manager, you’ll help execute the plan to support onboarding, training, and development programs for our Revenue Organization (Sales, Customer Success, SDR). You will partner with leadership across the organization to build best-in-class training and development program.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will identify opportunities, skill gaps and tools the teams can leverage to ramp new hires to full production goals as quickly as possible

  • You will design and launch engaging new hire onboarding and ongoing training modules, to help the Revenue Organization become subject matter experts in their function

  • Implement robust processes into our tech stack, ensuring seamless integration with our CRM and sales tools, to provide the front-line reps with clear guidance and workflows

  • Drive increased adoption of sales tools and streamlined processes by developing comprehensive training programs, providing ongoing support, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams

  • Establish and regularly monitor key performance metrics for sales representatives, leveraging data-driven insights to demonstrate the tangible impact of enablement initiatives.

  • You will gather information across multiple teams and package it in an organized and digestible fashion to communicate efficiently across teams

  • You will participate in the development and design of team playbooks, training decks, and content

  • You will create a curriculum to support revenue team goals


  • You have a proven track record of developing and implementing training programs both for new hires and continuous learning for employees

  • You understand the importance of embedding best practices in our systems & working with Sales Operations to maintain CRM hygiene

  • You have experience with executing change management initiatives

  • You’re self-motivated and have a high attention to detail

  • You have strong content creation skills with experience writing and documenting processes

  • You have strong interpersonal and cross-collaboration skills with a passion for seeing people succeed through people development, training, and teaching

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
