CloudTrucks is a looking for a strategic Inside Sales Manager to drive future growth of our Virtual Carrier product. We are looking for a leader of our Atlanta sales office, where our Driver Onboarding Representatives sit. Driver Onboarding Representatives are responsible for selling and onboarding owner operator truck drivers onto our platform. As the Inside Sales Manager, you will lead a team of 7 (and growing) in Atlanta, and work cross functionally with other organizational leaders to ensure success within the Sales team.

This is role is on-site in our Atlanta office.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Driver Onboarding Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success

  • Actively monitor and analyze the team’s performance in order to identify areas of improvement

  • Reinforce operational excellence - attaining SLA’s, sales opportunity oversight, SAO’s, etc.

  • Implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base, drive revenue growth, and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly

  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and timely conversion of leads into sales

  • This role directly reports to the Head of Sales

You Should Apply If:

  • You have 5+ years of proven relevant sales management, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company, with at least 1-2+ years in sales management role.

  • You can demonstrate that you’ve built scalable processes and implemented strategies that have led to a proven track record in SMB sales

  • You have strong negotiating and strategic selling skills – qualifying targets and prioritizing sales efforts

  • You have proven ability to develop/drive and thrive in a metrics-driven, process-based environment with high accountability

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics - our tech stack here is Salesforce, Gong, & Google Suite
