Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating with customers and administrator teams to optimize platforms, resolve complex issues, and elevate the overall customer experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic to complex CoPilot Studio and Power Platform issues.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, CoPilot Studio).
  • Experience with data connections and standard/premium connectors.
  • Understanding of on-premises data gateway setup and management.
  • General knowledge of networking, Microsoft Office, Azure Services, and ServiceNow.
  • Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics.
  • Basic to intermediate programming skills (JavaScript, C#, Python) for custom development and automation.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GitHub) and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI-related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Support and monitor CoPilot Studio solutions created in Power Platform, focusing on customer service and troubleshooting issues.
  • Assist in the administration of Moody’s Power Platform tenant, including user management and security controls.
  • Configure and manage on-premises data gateways and related tools.
  • Support agent lifecycle management and solution deployments.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish secure and reliable solutions across Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, CoPilot Studio).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics using Power BI.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems and APIs, including custom connector development.
  • Utilize version control systems (e.g., GitHub) for code and solution management.
  • Participate in solution lifecycle management, including deployment pipelines (CI/CD), rollback, and versioning.
  • Apply automated testing and debugging practices to ensure solution quality and performance.
  • Implement security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC), data privacy, and compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Stay current with security and compliance requirements for cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver fixes and solutions.
  • Participate in cross-functional team projects and updating stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs (e.g., Copilot Studio Full access training, agentic AI training).
  • Stay up to date with new features and best practices in Power Platform, CoPilot Studio, and related technologies.

The Corporate Systems team, part of the Technology Services Group, supports Moody’s core business and technology operations by enabling reliable day to day execution, strong coordination, and effective governance across corporate platforms and shared services. The team partners closely with senior leaders, product teams, and key stakeholders across the enterprise to drive operational excellence while also advancing innovation, including the adoption and enablement of AI driven capabilities. By bringing structure, clarity, and rigor to complex environments, Corporate Systems team members contribute to high impact work that improves how technology is delivered, operated, and evolved across the organization— helping ensure Moody’s systems are resilient, forward looking, and positioned for continued growth.

Annual base salary gross: €44,200.00 to €70,800.00. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
