- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Shell scripting
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code frameworks and tooling
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns across Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
- Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and supporting technical growth
- Hands-on experience working within Agile delivery environments; Tech Lead experience preferred
- Management experience is a plus
- Experience designing, building, or supporting ETL processes and data pipelines is a plus
- Deep understanding of observability practices, including logs, metrics, and traces
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
- Develop high-performance software using C/C++, Python, and Shell scripting
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions to improve consistency and scalability
- Architect and optimize cloud-native systems across Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
- Lead and contribute to Agile ceremonies, supporting the delivery of high-quality, iterative releases
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering team members
- Serve as incident leader during critical events and drive high-quality postmortems
- Enhance observability practices to ensure reliable, data-driven system performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver robust, maintainable software solutions
