Skills and Competencies
  • Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Shell scripting
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code frameworks and tooling
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns across Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and supporting technical growth
  • Hands-on experience working within Agile delivery environments; Tech Lead experience preferred
  • Management experience is a plus
  • Experience designing, building, or supporting ETL processes and data pipelines is a plus
  • Deep understanding of observability practices, including logs, metrics, and traces
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain high-quality systems while leading engineering initiatives that support scalable, resilient platforms.
  • Develop high-performance software using C/C++, Python, and Shell scripting
  • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions to improve consistency and scalability
  • Architect and optimize cloud-native systems across Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
  • Lead and contribute to Agile ceremonies, supporting the delivery of high-quality, iterative releases
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering team members
  • Serve as incident leader during critical events and drive high-quality postmortems
  • Enhance observability practices to ensure reliable, data-driven system performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver robust, maintainable software solutions
