Skills and Competencies
- Proven success designing and scaling BPM frameworks in global, matrixed organizations.
- 8+ years in business process management, operational excellence, or enterprise transformation, with leadership experience in complex or regulated environments.
- Strong consulting, advisory, and stakeholder management skills; able to translate strategic goals into actionable initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Expertise in BPM methodologies, governance, process taxonomies, libraries, and control environments.
- Experience defining and tracking process KPIs/KRIs to drive efficiency, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.
- Skilled in BPM/workflow tools (Visio, Blueworks, ServiceNow, Jira), content management (SharePoint, Confluence), and visualization tools (Power BI).
- Familiarity with control frameworks (COSO, ISO 27001) and BPMN notation; preferred certifications include CCEP, CRCM, PMP, CBPP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci.
- Background in financial services, data governance, privacy, cybersecurity, or regulatory change management.
- Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows, implement solutions, and promote responsible, ethical AI use.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development, enterprise adoption, and continuous evolution of Moody’s BPM Framework.
- Define and govern methodologies, standards, and tools for scalable, efficient, and compliant process execution.
- Partner with senior leadership and governance bodies to embed BPM principles into operational strategy, risk management, and transformation initiatives.
- Design and deploy methodologies for process discovery, documentation, optimization, and performance measurement.
- Facilitate enterprise-wide process mapping and governance using standard notations (BPMN, SIPOC, RACI).
- Oversee BPM capability-building, including training, coaching, and enablement for process owners.
- Establish and monitor process performance metrics to assess framework effectiveness and drive improvement.
- Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to identify automation opportunities, integrate workflows, and enhance audit readiness.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
