Skills and Competencies
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team
- Provide guidance and support to the team to help them achieve their goals
- Monitor and analyze team performance
- Identify areas of improvement in a team member, team morale and processes
- Ensure the team adheres to all policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Constantly collaborates with various teams (Offshore and Onshore) to ensure all activities are aligned with business objectives
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on team performance and other areas
- Monitor and ensure a high level of data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce.com
- Regular audits, quality control and audit reporting
- Address other miscellaneous requests that fall within the Global Sales Operations organization
- Other projects and initiatives as needed to support ongoing Global Sales Operations engagement
Education
- Graduate with minimum 8 years of experience in Sales/Business Operations/Contract Management/Full Scale Order to Cash (O2C)
- Experience in a SaaS or enterprise software company a plus
- Prior experience of team handling and trainings a plus
- Knowledge of Apptus CPQ/CLM a must, Salesforce CPQ a plus
- MS Office and CRM skills, require minimum 4 years of proficiency in Salesforce.com
- Minimum 6 years of experience in booked verification, contracts and/or opportunities processing, client entitlements and subscriptions management
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization
- Effective oral and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational, analytical and multi-tasking skills
- Able to work independently and meet requirements, maintains ownership, offers potential solutions, drives work to completion within specified timelines
